This was made back when I had very little idea about good design, how to solder, basic electronics or casemaking. Despite this I am still proud with what is a fun portable to play that never fails to make me feel nostalgiac. Since I have finished it I have become the proud owner of a canon camera battery that has become the new battery for this portable. It's battery life is 2.5 hours and uses a non LED modded PS1 screen. It uses dimension engineering regulators which are fairly expensive but very easy to use (as in 7805 easy). The wire inside is about a million times too large but again this is all a learning experience. Back then I had trouble soldering the cart slot, now IDE cable to the psone motherboard is easy.

Despite my relative incompetence this remains a wonderful little system which I am very proud of.
